Questions about paying
Why pay when E3n has free ISEE practice?
You may not need to. E3n's free online sample test and its free What to Expect PDF are the test organization's own practice, and our first full test is free too. The plan is for families who want more full tests on the clock, with an explanation for every question and a report that shows which skills lost points.
Does the plan include a real ISEE score or percentile?
No. Full tests show raw scores and an estimated, unofficial scaled range for each section. Our forms are not equated to the real test, so we show no percentile or stanine, and we make no promise about the score on test day.
What do I get for $69?
ISEE Practice Tests ($69) opens all 12 of our full timed practice tests, the free ones included (ISEE Lower: four; ISEE Middle: four; ISEE Upper: four), with an explanation for every question, the result report by section and by skill after each test, the mistake notebook and writing prompts with a self-check list.
Does one purchase cover every ISEE level?
Yes. ISEE Practice Tests opens every ISEE level we have, for one student and 12 months.
How fast do we get access?
The moment the payment goes through. The next page has the button to your dashboard, and we email a sign-in link. There is no password: on another device you enter the email you paid with and we send a 6‑digit code.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once and keep access for 12 months. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. Write to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we refund the full price, no reason needed, as long as no more than one paid test has been started. If something is broken on our side, tell us at any time: we fix it, or refund you in full if we cannot.
Who charges my card?
Payment is processed by Creem, our merchant of record; we never see your card number.
Is the purchase for one child?
Yes. Access is for one student. Brothers and sisters each need their own purchase, so each has their own results and mistake notebook.
