Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee: the full price back if the plan is not what you expected and it has hardly been used.

Last updated October 23, 2026

Short version

If the plan is not what you expected and it has hardly been used (the exact rule is below), ask for your money back within 14 days and you get the full price. You do not have to give a reason. The free test never counts against you: take it before you buy.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if no more than one paid full test has been started and no more than 30 trainer questions have been answered. This applies to both plans, HSPT Practice Tests ($39) and HSPT Full Prep ($69).

We set a usage limit because the product is delivered instantly and in full: once the tests have been taken, they cannot be returned. The limit is stated here and next to the price before you buy.

2. How to ask

Write to [email protected] from the email address used at checkout. If you write from another address, include the purchase number shown after payment so we can find the order. One line is enough: "Please refund my purchase."

We reply within one business day. Our records show how many paid tests and trainer questions were used, so there is nothing for you to prove.

3. How refunds are paid

Our order process is conducted by Creem, the merchant of record for all our orders. Refunds are issued through Creem to the original payment method; how long the money takes to appear depends on your bank. When a refund is issued, the access bought with that payment closes.

4. Upgrades and discount codes

5. If something is broken

After 14 days, or past the usage limit, purchases are not refundable simply because they are no longer needed. But if the product does not work for you (it will not load, the payment went through but access did not open, or there is a serious error in the material), tell us at any time during your 12 months of access. We will fix it, extend your access, or refund you in full if we cannot fix it. The usage limit does not apply in this case.

6. Repeat refunds

We may decline a refund, or decline to sell again, where we see bulk copying or sharing of the content, or repeated purchase-and-refund cycles.
