Privacy Policy

The free test needs no name and no email. If you buy, we keep the buyer's email, the purchase and the practice results. Nothing personal about your child.

Short version

1. Who is responsible

AdmitTest (admittest.com) is run by a sole proprietor based in Ukraine, who decides how the data described here is used. Contact: [email protected].

2. Students and parents

AdmitTest is for families preparing for school entrance tests. Purchases are made by an adult, usually a parent. Students may use the free test and the paid practice, but we do not collect personal information from them: no name, no email address, no school, no age, no photo, no contact details. What we store about a practice session is the answers and their timing under a random ID or under the buyer's account, as described below. If you believe a student has sent us personal information (for example in a message), write to us and we will delete it.

3. What we collect

When the free test is taken (no account)

We use this to score the test, to calibrate how hard each question is, and to see which pages bring visitors. We may show aggregate statistics; we never show data about an individual.

Visit and error log

So that a broken page is noticed before it spoils a test, the site keeps a short technical log under the same anonymous ID: the first page of a visit and its source, which pages or screens were opened, error messages from our own code, and the steps of the payment window (opened, closed, completed, or an error). Each entry also holds the country code, the window width and the name and version of the browser and system. For a buyer the entries are filed under a one-way code derived from the account, never under the email address. Entries are deleted after 90 days.

Requests you send us

If you tell us which other school test you would like us to add, we store that choice or text with the anonymous ID, the country code and the source of the visit. If you write to our support address, we keep the email for as long as we need it to answer and to handle the matter.

Anonymous counters

We count a few moments on the site, such as a visit arriving, a test starting or finishing, or a purchase completing. Each count holds only the day, the event, the source and the country, with no ID.

When you buy

We send only emails connected to the purchase or to your requests: sign-in codes, access details and support replies.

4. What we do not collect

We never see or store card numbers or other payment details: payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. We do not ask for names, postal addresses, the student's school or identity documents, and the free test never asks for an email address.

5. Why we use it

To give the access that was paid for, score tests and show progress, answer support requests, improve the questions, and meet our tax and accounting obligations. Where the law asks for a legal basis: buyers' data to perform our contract, accounting records to meet legal obligations, and free-test records and counters on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving the service.

6. What is stored in the browser

We use the browser's local storage, not cookies, for:

You can remove all of it at any time by clearing the site data for admittest.com in the browser settings. That also breaks the link to past free-test attempts: after that nobody, including us, can tell which attempts were yours.

7. Who else processes it

We do not sell personal data and we do not give email addresses, answers or scores to advertisers. These providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States.

8. How long we keep it

You can ask us to delete account data sooner. When we delete an account, past attempts stay only as anonymous records with no link to the email.

9. Your rights

Write to [email protected] to get a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, the UK or California you have rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to object and to complain to your data protection authority; we apply the same standard to everyone, wherever you live.

10. Changes

If we change what we collect, this page is updated first, with a new "last updated" date. See also our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
