Plain rules for using AdmitTest: what you get, what you pay, and what we do and do not promise.

1. Who we are
AdmitTest ("we", "us") is an online practice service for school entrance tests, available at admittest.com. It is run by an independent sole proprietor based in Ukraine. Full legal and contact details are available on request at [email protected].
We are an independent practice tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Scholastic Testing Service, Inc. (STS), the publisher of the HSPT, or with any diocese or school.
By using the site, including the free test, you agree to these terms.
2. Who may buy
Purchases are made by an adult, usually a parent or guardian, for a student's practice. The buyer must be at least 18 and is responsible for the purchase and for the student's use of the service. We ask the buyer only for an email address; we do not ask for, and you should not give us, the student's name or other personal details.
3. What you are buying
Online practice material for the HSPT that you use in your browser, plus, where a plan says so, files to download and print. Nothing is shipped. There are two plans:

Upgrade. If you bought HSPT Practice Tests, you can move to HSPT Full Prep by paying the difference ($30). An upgrade does not restart the 12 months: it ends when the access you first bought ends.
Who writes the questions. Every question, passage, explanation and figure is written by us, following the format STS describes publicly: the same sections, numbers of questions, time limits and kinds of questions. We do not have, and do not sell, STS's questions. The questions on the real HSPT will be different from ours.
4. The free test
One full timed practice test is free and needs no account. You may take it as often as you like for the student's own practice. The rules on copying in section 7 apply to it too.
5. What we do not promise
- Practice makes the format familiar and helps with the skills it covers. We do not guarantee any HSPT score, admission to any school, placement or scholarship.
- Our results are raw scores on our own practice questions, by section and skill. We do not estimate an HSPT standard score or percentile, and nothing on the site is a result from STS.
- Schools and dioceses set their own test dates, registration rules and admission decisions. The dates and facts on our guides come from the public pages we link; if your school says something different, follow your school.
- We do not provide educational counseling, legal or medical advice, and we issue no certificate.
6. Payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem (creem.io), which is the merchant of record for all our orders. Payment is processed by Creem, our merchant of record; we never see your card number. Creem handles payment, sales tax, receipts and refunds, and its own terms apply to the transaction alongside these terms.
Prices are one-time payments in US dollars and include any sales tax: the price shown is the price you pay. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal: when the 12 months end, nothing is charged.
7. Access and use
- Delivery. Access opens immediately after payment, in your browser, and lasts 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Signing in. There is no password. To sign in, enter the email address used at checkout and we email a 6-digit code. If the code cannot reach you, write to us, or restore access with the purchase number shown after payment; a purchase number opens access a limited number of times.
- One student. A purchase is for one student. Do not share it among several students.
- No copying. Do not copy, resell, publish, scrape or redistribute our questions, passages, explanations, figures or files. They are protected by copyright. You may print the downloadable files for the student's own use.
- We may suspend access if we detect sharing, bulk copying or automated downloading; the refund policy still applies.
8. Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, if no more than one paid full test has been started and no more than 30 trainer questions answered. No reason is needed. Write to [email protected]. The details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Errors in the material
Every answer is checked before it is published, but mistakes can still happen. If you think an answer or explanation is wrong, tell us which question at [email protected]. We read every message and correct an error once we have confirmed it.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. If the service is unavailable for a long period during your 12 months, contact us and we will extend your access.
11. Test names and trademarks
HSPT® is a registered trademark of Scholastic Testing Service, Inc. We use the name only to say which test our practice material is designed for. Its use does not mean that STS sponsors, endorses or has reviewed AdmitTest.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer in your country. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for test results, admission decisions or other indirect losses.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Material changes are shown with a new "last updated" date.
